At Lunqa Beauty, we always strive to offer you the best possible shopping experience. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on our products.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:

The package itself cannot be opened at all for hygiene reasons.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, completely sealed and unused.

The product must not be damaged, tested or used in any way.

The return request must be made within 30 days from the day you received your order.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

How to Return a Product

Contact us via email and provide your order number along with the reason for your return.

We will provide the return address to our warehouse (the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and handling of the return).

Once you have sent the parcel, please provide us with the tracking number so we can confirm that the return is on its way.

When we have received and approved the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 working days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Restocking fee – 15.99 GBP

A mandatory handling fee of 15.99 GBP applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers:

Processing of the return at our international warehouse

Inspection of the product’s condition

Administrative costs

Restocking

The fee applies regardless of the reason for the return.

Even though you, as the customer, pay the return shipping cost and choose the courier, the fee of 15.99 GBP is always mandatory and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
