At LUNQA, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and seamless delivery for every order. Below you’ll find all relevant details about order handling, shipping times, delivery partners, and how we handle potential delays.
1. Delivery Terms
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time your order is placed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
1.2 Standard Delivery Times
Processing time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated total delivery time: 5–11 business days (Monday to Friday)
1.3 Delivery Delays
Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales events, due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or periods of high demand. If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you via email or SMS with updates as soon as we have them.
2. Shipping & Costs
2.1 Standard Shipping
We offer free home delivery. If you're not home, or if delivery isn’t possible for any reason, your package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point for easy collection.
2.2 Shipping Partners
We partner with established and trusted carriers to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
At the moment, we only deliver within Australia. We partner with Australia Post to ensure secure delivery.
3. Orders & Processing
3.1 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically within minutes. This will include your order number, item summary, and shipping information.
If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact support@shoplunqa.com.
3.2 Order Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please do so within 10 minutes after placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
3.3 Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the next business day. This may slightly extend the estimated delivery time.
4. Delivery Issues/Tracking
4.1 Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use it to follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your door.
4.2 Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at support@shoplunqa.com. We’ll assist with tracking and contact the courier on your behalf.
4.3 Damaged Parcels
In the rare case that your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking clear photos of the packaging. contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
